You can go to <a href=\"http:\/\/portal.courts.state.ny.us\/pls\/portal30\/CMS_DEV.DECISIONS_NDAWCASE.show_parms\" target=\"_blank\">e-court<\/a> and search on decisions using the case index number 6144\/2005 for the County of Orange to get a text copy or get the presbytery&#8217;s <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hudrivpres.org\/03.2006%20DSpierling\/Court%20decision.pdf\"  target=\"_blank\">scanned copy<\/a>.&nbsp; <\/p>\n<p>Second, at their <a href=\"http:\/\/www.hudrivpres.org\/00.2006%20Presbytery%20Meeting\/September%2026\/2006.09%20Administrative%20Componet%20of%20Council%20Minutes.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">September 6 meeting<\/a> the council of the Presbytery of Hudson River voted unanimously to appeal the trial court decision.&nbsp;
